HHS Homecoming Set for Sep. 30

Is everyone ready for Homecoming!? This year, Hayfork High’s Homecoming is a month earlier than usual and is set for September 26 to September 30 with the traditional parade on Friday at 11 a.m. The football game starts at 6 p.m., which will also include the Homecoming Court Coronation.

Hayfork will play the Butte Valley Bulldogs for the Homecoming football game this year. The student body voted on student- and staff-created themes, and the winning slogan was “Grill the Dogs.”

Students will participate in dress-up days that week followed by activities in the afternoon, including the powerball and powderpuff games Thursday and Friday afternoons. The Homecoming dance for students will then take place Friday night after the football game.
